We've set out below some of what we think are the most enticing features of the way Upvillage does co-living.

We pay for your utilities

We pay for the reasonable costs of our tenants' utilities including electricity and (super-fast) WiFi so you never have to think about how much you need to pay each month beyond your agreed rent.

While we do include the cost of reasonable utility usage in our rate, we may pass the cost on to tenants if utility consumption is deemed excessive.

We'll arrange cleaning of the house, twice a month

Our cleaning team will provide a thorough and proper clean of your home (including your own room and bathroom) twice a month, all as part of your rate!

We've got parking available

Our properties have plenty of parking, and the driveway parking is monitored by a 24/7 safety camera.

We'll provide what you need in the common areas

Beyond providing all of the furniture in the common areas, your kitchen will be fully stocked with pots, pans, cups, dishes, cutlery etc. We've also put at least two fridges in each property and labelled which part of the fridge belongs to which room.
